Sheath your sword, Ladoja tells Ojoo crisis combatants

The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja has sued for peace among various parties involved in the clash at Ojoo in Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State.
Oba Ladoja, in a statement by his media aide, Adeola Oloko, said the peaceful co-existence among the various ethnic groups in the land is of paramount concern to him.
Said Olubadan, “Regardless of where we come from, we should continue to see ourselves as brothers and sisters”
The royal father, who did not rule out the possibility of minor disagreement in our day-to- day relations, urged the various parties concerned to please tread with caution in view of the current security situation in Nigeria.
He reminded the people of Ibadan that many Nigerians have come to see Ibadan as home, regardless of religious, ethnic and ideological persuasion.
He expressed profound gratitude to law enforcement agents, particularly the Police for promptly rising to the occasion.
