…felicitate Prof Ayandele, former Deputy governorship candidate at 50

Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu has commended Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde for his exceptional leadership as evidenced in the significant development in the state under the governor’s watch.
The commendation was contained in a 56th birthday congratulatory message to the Governor, personally signed by the Minister.
Similarly, Adelabu has congratulated Professor Abiodun Ayandele, his former deputy governorship candidate in the last election. Prof Ayandele celebrated 50 years.
In his message to Governor Makinde, the Minister highlighted his remarkable qualities as, “a goal-getter and visionary leader”.
Adelabu further acknowledged Governor Makinde’s impressive track record of service to both God and humanity, while also setting a commendable example for emerging leaders.
The message reads: “I join millions worldwide in celebrating my esteemed brother, friend, and the Governor of Oyo State on his 56th birthday.
“Engr. Seyi Makinde, a distinguished son of Ibadan, has steered the state towards remarkable development during his tenure, earning him widespread admiration.
“Your Excellency, on this joyous day, I share in your happiness and extend my heartfelt wishes. May the years ahead bring continued excellence in all facets of your leadership, guiding our beloved state to even greater heights. Happy Birthday, Mr. Governor,”
In the same vein, the Minister also described Ayandele as a reliable and courageous patriot.
He commended the Ogbomoso-born Professor for her unwavering commitment and significant contributions to education in Oyo state and Nigeria.
Adelabu expressed joy in celebrating a woman of high repute and exceptional achievements, saying, “It’s a great privilege to have you as an associate.
“Ayandele’s remarkable qualities as an amazing woman of substance, seasoned scholar, teacher of teachers, and a truly dependable and loyal individual.”
The minister emphasized Ayandele’s legacy of respect, diligence, commitment, and loyalty, underscoring its role in inspiring younger generations, especially young women, to strive for greatness.
Adelabu prayed for the celebrant’s continued well-being, asking God to grant her long life, good health, and prosperous years ahead.
