Governors under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) are beginning to arrive the Governors Office, Oyo State Government Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan.
The governor who were late yesternight treated to a dinner are expected at the office for a closed door meeting at the Executive Council Chamber of the Governors Office.
The Governors are led by the Chairman, PDP Governors’ Forum who is also the governor of Bauchi state, Senator Bala Mohammed.
The Vice Chairman of the Forum and suspended Governor of Rivers State, Sim Fubara was not at the gala night, yesterday.
It remains unclear if he would be attending Mondays meeting.
Governors who have arrived for the meeting include: Senator Diri Duoye (Bayelsa), Unaru Fintiri (Adamawa) and Caleb Mutfwang (Pleateau).
Others are: Pastor Umo Eno (Akwa Ibom), Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Agbu Kefas (Taraba), Peter Mbah (Enugu) and Dauda Lawal (Zamfara).
As at the time of this report, Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke was yet to arrive for the meeting.
Although, he was at the Gala night, it was gathered that the Osun governor returned to his state to attend to some state matters and expected at Monday meeting.
