The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has extended warm and affectionate birthday wishes to the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barr. Bayo Lawal, describing him as a political father.
In a birthday message issued by the Speaker, he referred to the Deputy Governor as a mentor, and a stabilizing force in the state’s leadership.
“I am happy to celebrate a man of great wisdom, experience and humility, our father and mentor, the Deputy Governor, Barr. Bayo Lawal. Happy birthday to my our political father. Your life is a shining example of purposeful leadership and unwavering dedication to public service. I celebrate your legacy, your mentorship, and your invaluable contributions to the growth of our dear state,” Ogundoyin stated.
Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin noted that Barr. Lawal’s influence transcends generations, as his guidance has nurtured many young leaders, including himself.
The Speaker praised the Deputy Governor’s legal and political prowess, calling him a man of unmatched experience and a true asset to the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde.
“Your Excellency, as you add another year today, may Almighty Allah continue to strengthen you and bless you with long life, good health, and the fulfillment of your heart’s desires. May your wisdom continue to guide our path,” Ogundoyin prayed.
