The Presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) during the 2023 general elections who was also a former governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has arrived the Oyo government Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan.
The NNPP Chieftain who was received at the Governors office by Governor Seyi Makinde areived in company of some of his political associates and friends.
The purpose of the visit coukd not be ascertain as at the time of this report.
However, The Nation observed that shortly after the arrival, the host Governor led the visitors into the private office of the governor.
The duo are currently meeting behind closed door as at the time of this report.
While details of the meeting are scarce, it might not be unconnected to the permutations ahead of the upcoming 2027 general elections.
