In Ibadanland’s revered halls of fame,
A new titleholder emerges, bearing a noble name.
Yeye Agbaakin Iyalode Ekotedo, an honour bestowed with pride,
On Balqis Folashade Akinola, a woman of exceptional stride.
With character that shines like a beacon bright,
And contributions that uplift, inspiring new light.
As the CEO of Celebrity Magazine, her influence extends far and wide,
A true leader, leaving footprints that won’t subside.
Elder (Dr) Taiye Ayorinde, the Baale of Ekotedo’s wise eyes,
Saw in her a worthy recipient, a true gem that shines.
On his 90th birthday celebration, this honour was conferred with grace,
A proof of her selflessness, and a life well-lived in this place.
To Balqis Folashade Akinola, a woman of renown,
May this new title bring her joy and her legacy continues to astound.
Congratulations, Chief Folashade Akinola, may your name forever resound in the archives of Ibadanland’s history, where great leaders are crowned.
