OYSCATECH Rector Felicitates Sunday Adepoju on his Appointment as TETFund Board Member

The Rector, Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Professor Akinola Akinlabi has congratulated Honourable Sunday Adepoju popularly called Omoyin on his appointment as a member of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

 

Professor Akinlabi described the appointment of the former member of the Federal House of Representatives as a significant achievement which testifies to his good leadership qualities and reputation built over the years coupled with his commitment to the development of education at all levels.

 

According to a congratulatory letter signed by the Rector and made available by the Registrar of the institution, Mr. R.F.A Adeniji, the Eruwa born politician was described as highly intellectual, honest, resourceful and always keeping to his words.

 

Expressing his delight over the appointment of the former Honourable Member, the Rector noted that “I am very pleased to congratulate you on your appointment as a member of the Tertiary Education Trust fund, I am confident that you will be an instrument of transformation who will collaborate with other stakeholders on the team, towards bringing about more developmental growth to Tertiary Education in Nigeria.”

 

“On behalf of the Management, Staff and Students of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, kindly accept my warmest congratulations on your appointment. He prayed God to increase his strength, knowledge and grant him good health in the discharge of his responsibilities.

 

Honourable Sunday Adepoju served as a former member of the Federal House of Representatives from 2011-2015 and 2015-2019, representing Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency.
